How to cook?

1. Cut the chicken into small or medium-sized portions. Be sure to rinse, and do not forget to dry with a paper towel so that water does not splash when it gets into the pan.
Rub the meat with salt and a mixture of spices. Be sure to take a mixture that already contains turmeric, coriander and paprika. You can limit yourself to black pepper and red, but the more varied their combination is, the more flavorful the fried chicken will be.

Fry the meat in any vegetable oil until cooked.

2. Prepare the cream sauce: put 200 grams of butter in a frying pan. Wait until the butter melts, but does not start to fry and burn, that is, turn on low heat.

3. Cut the peeled onion into half rings. We cut it thinly so that you don’t have to stand at the stove for a long time. Sauté the onion in butter until half cooked.

5. Salt a little, add spices. The bay leaf should be added to the onion for literally 10 minutes and then removed. Otherwise it will add strong bitterness.

6. Press the garlic with a garlic press or three on a fine grater. One or two cloves is enough. Add to the onion in the pan. Mix.

7. Pour all the cream into the future sauce, mix, checking to see if there are any pieces of bay leaf left. Simmer the butter over low heat, stirring and not letting it boil too much.   • five cloves of garlic;
