The kids will love this dish. Pasta nests with minced meat look so beautiful and interesting on a plate, I really want to try them. Kids will definitely love this original preparation of pasta. And adults are unlikely to refuse to try them. The dish is tasty and spicy, very nutritious.

It is important when buying pasta nests in a store to pay attention to the label. They must be made from durum wheat. You can buy wide or thin noodle nests. During cooking, try not to overcook the dish. The pasta should turn out al dente and should not lose its shape or fall apart at the end of cooking. Minced meat is used as filling. If desired, the list of ingredients can be supplemented, for example, with mushrooms, pre-fried in a frying pan, and vegetables. You can also make delicious nests with minced fish. The broth for preparing nests with minced meat must be prepared in advance. You can cook it from meat or poultry. If you don’t have time to mess with it, you can dissolve a bouillon cube in boiled warm water.

Ingredients

  • Pasta nests - 8 pcs
  • Minced pork and beef - 600 g
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Broth - 300 ml

Everyone has seen pasta on sale rolled into nest shapes. Most often, long noodles are sold in this form. If you cook noodle nests like regular pasta, simply dipping them into boiling water, they will not retain their shape and will cook like regular noodles. There is a correct way to cook pasta nests in which they will not unwind and will remain in the same shape.

To prepare pasta nests without losing shape you need:

  • nests - 6 pcs., two per serving;
  • salt - 7 g;
  • dry seasoning - 1 tsp. (whatever you like: you can take a special one for pasta, or for rice, or Provençal herbs, or just dried basil);
  • water - about 1 liter.

Description of actions and step-by-step photos:

1. Pour water into a kettle or saucepan. Heat it to a boil.
2. Place the pasta nests in a tall frying pan or wide saucepan. They should lie freely.

3. Add salt and any suitable seasoning.

4. Pour boiling water over everything. It is poured flush with the top edge of the products.

5. Bring to a boil again and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until tender.

6. Remove the nests from the water with a slotted spoon.

Pasta nests are served as a separate dish, sprinkled with olive or melted butter with any sauce. You can use them as a side dish. For example, placing fried minced meat in the center.

Bon appetit!

Pasta nests are also delicious - one of the most popular types of Italian pasta. You can buy pasta, which looks like bird houses, at any grocery store. You can cook them in a slow cooker or in the oven, but we will cook them in a frying pan.

Let's prepare the necessary ingredients for making nests of pasta with minced meat in a frying pan.

In the minced meat, which I use mixed (pork + beef), we put onions and garlic, minced through a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper or your favorite spices and mix.

I place the pasta nests in a saucepan (diameter - 24 cm).

Divide the minced meat into equal parts, form balls or flat cakes, and place them on pasta nests.

Pour the salted broth into the saucepan. The broth should cover the pasta nests not completely, but 2/3. Cover the saucepan with a lid and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20-30 minutes.

As soon as there is almost no broth left at the bottom, sprinkle the contents of the saucepan with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and let the cheese melt.

Serve nests of pasta with minced meat cooked in a frying pan immediately - piping hot, not forgetting to sprinkle with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!

The Italians were the first to come up with a dish in the form of a nest with filling. True, they used rolled pasta as the base. Filling them with all kinds of products, local chefs have created many original and interesting recipes. By analogy with this dish, you can prepare unusual meat nests. But in this case, minced meat is taken as the basis, and a mixture of a variety of components can be used for the filling. For example, it is worth carefully studying several original and quite interesting options.

Nests with eggs

Those who are tired of ordinary cutlets can try preparing original meat nests with an egg fried inside. This dish looks very impressive and is quite simple to prepare. First you need to collect all the necessary ingredients on the workbench: a kilogram of minced meat (preferably pork), a couple of onions, ½ loaf, 12 small eggs, salt, ground pepper, 1 carrot and vegetable oil.

Meat nests are prepared in stages:

  1. The first thing you need to do is mince. To do this, first grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  2. Finely chop the onion with a knife.
  3. Cut the loaf into pieces and soak in water.
  4. Place minced pork in a bowl.
  5. Add the loaf pulp to it, after squeezing out the moisture, eggs, pepper, salt, as well as chopped carrots and onions. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  6. Treat the inside of the baking dish with oil.
  7. From the prepared minced meat, form the blanks in the form of nests with a small notch in the center.
  8. Carefully place them around the perimeter of the mold.
  9. Break 1 egg into each cavity.
  10. Place the form in the oven for 40 minutes to bake. At the same time, the temperature inside should already be 180 degrees.

The result is juicy and flavorful cutlets in the form of original nests of meat with the simplest filling.

Nests with potatoes and cheese

Using a similar idea, an experienced housewife can prepare dinner for the whole family in just a few minutes. To do this, you will need the following mandatory products: 0.5 kilograms of meat (half beef and pork), onion, salt, 25 grams of sour cream, 3 cloves of garlic, 200 milliliters of milk, half a loaf, pepper, 4 potatoes, hard cheese, dill and a little vegetable oils

Cooking technology:

  1. Pour milk over the loaf.
  2. Pass the squeezed pulp together with onions, meat and garlic through a meat grinder.
  3. Salt the prepared minced meat, add ground pepper and mix it all thoroughly. If the mass turns out to be too thick, you can add half a glass of water.
  4. From the resulting mixture, mold the blanks into nests and place them on an oiled baking sheet.
  5. For the filling, first chop the peeled potatoes (you can use a meat grinder again), and then add chopped dill, salt, sour cream and pepper to it.
  6. Fill the meat nests with the prepared mixture.
  7. Sprinkle them generously with grated cheese.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.

The result is a two-in-one dish, where juicy meat is complemented with an unusual side dish.

Meat cheesecakes with spicy sauce

To make the filling juicy and aromatic, minced meat nests can be filled with original sauce. The finished product will resemble a cheesecake. In this case, you will need: per kilogram of minced meat 75-100 grams of semolina, ground pepper, 1 egg and salt.

For the filling: 150 grams of cheese, 3 eggs, a tablespoon of ready-made mustard and twice as much mayonnaise.

The dish is easy to prepare:

  1. Pour semolina into the minced meat, add egg, salt, pepper and mix very well. The mass should be as homogeneous as possible and not contain lumps.
  2. Then you should make a base from it in the form of a bowl with a depression in the middle.
  3. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  4. Beat the eggs well with mustard and mayonnaise.
  5. Fill the cavities in the molds with this sauce.
  6. Cover the products with a second sheet of foil and place the baking sheet in the oven for 50 minutes. The temperature inside should already be about 200 degrees.
  7. 10 minutes before the end, remove the foil and sprinkle the workpieces with grated cheese. In the remaining time it will have time to melt.

The result is minced meat nests filled with aromatic sauce and a wonderful cheese crust. An excellent addition to them would be baked potatoes and fresh vegetables.

Meat nests with mushrooms

It is usually customary to cook meat nests in the oven. In it, semi-finished products are well baked on all sides. This is very important when complex fillings are used from products that require appropriate processing. For example, at the end of summer, such minced meat nests can be prepared with mushrooms. Thanks to the perfect compatibility of these two products, the dish is not only tasty, but also healthy. You will need the following required components:

For the base: 350 grams of minced pork, 2 slices of white bread (or loaf), 1 egg, half a liter of milk and salt.

For the filling: 150 grams of fresh mushrooms, 30 grams of butter, 1 onion.

To prepare such a dish, a well-known technique is used:

  1. The bread must first be soaked in milk.
  2. Combine minced meat with egg and salt.
  3. Add the soaked squeezed bread and mix well.
  4. Finely chop the peeled onions and thoroughly washed mushrooms.
  5. Line the pan with baking paper.
  6. Place meat balls on it, rolling them from the prepared minced meat.
  7. Use your fingertips to make a small indentation in each of them.
  8. First place the onions and then the mushrooms in these depressions.
  9. Place a piece of butter on top of each piece.
  10. Place the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.

In 30 minutes, the nests of meat and mushrooms will be ready. After this, they can be immediately transferred to a plate and served.

Nests with creamy filling

With a complex creamy filling you can also prepare very tasty meat nests. The recipe is extremely simple and, in fact, is not much different from previous options. To bring it to life, you will need the following basic ingredients: per kilogram of finished minced meat 2 eggs, 200 grams of cheese, a glass of milk, salt, 100 grams of white bread, 2 onions, a bunch of dill, 200 grams of sour cream, as well as a pinch of ground black pepper and nutmeg.

Cooking method:

  1. Soak the bread in cold milk, then squeeze it out and mix with minced meat and chopped onion.
  2. Add salt, selected spices and stir. To make the mass softer, you can dilute it a little with milk.
  3. Carefully roll the prepared mixture into balls, then slightly flatten them and use your fingers to make a small depression in the middle.
  4. Place the preparations on a baking sheet. At the same time, you must not forget to coat it with oil from the inside.
  5. In a bowl, mix raw eggs with chopped dill, sour cream and grated cheese.
  6. Fill the meat molds with this mixture.
  7. Bake in the oven for at least 25 minutes. The temperature inside the chamber should be 200 degrees.

To keep the products tender and soft, it is better to use a mixture of minced chicken and pork. Although any semi-finished cutlet product is suitable for the job.
