Therefore, I suggest mixing a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, a few drops of vinegar (I prefer to use apple cider vinegar in this salad; balsamic is good, but it will change the color scheme of the finished salad) and salt to taste. If you are an ardent opponent of vinegar, then you can safely cross it off the list and fill in the missing acid with lemon juice. Adjust the taste of the salad in your own way.
