This was our... breakfast. =) Since that day I was going to an exhibition-festival and could only have a conversation in the evening. We take:

I beat the chicken fillet to a thickness of about two centimeters. We do not add salt or seasonings.

So, heat the frying pan without adding oil and place the sheets of chicken on a dry, hot surface. Turn the heat to medium and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.

I expected the finished chicken to be pale, but it turned out very beautiful, orange, with a crust.

I buy chicken thighs, legs and breasts, the legs are very expensive, but there is nothing to eat in them, just bones, but before there was really a lot of meat on them. Thighs and breast cost approximately the same with a difference of 10-20 rubles from each other, there are few bones in the breast, there is also a lot of meat in the thighs and they can also be cut in half. I usually like to cook in small pieces, so they are well salted and cook faster. So, cut the chicken into pieces and put it all in a deep bowl. Chop the onion into rings and add it to the cup, then add a little salt (even though there is salt in the seasoning, there is not enough of it), I also add black pepper and bay leaf, add the seasoning to this mixture. I mix everything thoroughly, then add a little mayonnaise (with mayonnaise it turns out very juicy and the taste is completely different). I leave the whole thing to marinate for 20 minutes. At this time, I peel the potatoes, chop them into cubes, salt them, take out the baking bag for the top half of the package with spices and put them there in layers: a layer of meat, then a layer of potatoes. I secure the bag with a special fastener that comes with the bag, poke several holes in the bag with a needle and put it in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes to bake. I poke holes so that there is air there, so the chicken won’t burn. After a certain period of time, I turn the bag over for uniform baking and to form a crust on all sides. The potatoes turn out very tasty, and of course the chicken too.
