Butterscotch Cinnamon Pie Recipe:

Hey, Main Kid is with you, and today I’ll tell you how to make a pie according to the mother goat’s recipe, but I changed it a little to make it tastier, I removed some ingredients from the usual recipe.

For the base we need:

Flour 300 g (2 cups)

A little milk (a little less than half a glass)

Butter (180 g)

Baking soda + vinegar = baking powder (but if you have it, you can use it too)

The process of preparing the base for the pie:

Melt the butter and cool slightly, add the egg, brown sugar, vegetable oil and beat until combined. Add kefir and mix.


Add flour, nutmeg, baking soda, salt and stir. There is no need to stir for a long time, just to ensure that all the ingredients are combined, the dough should turn out thick.


In a small bowl, mix 1/3 cup. sugar and 1 tbsp. l. cinnamon.
Grease the multicooker bowl with oil, sprinkle with 1/4 of the sugar-cinnamon mixture, this will be our crispy crust.


Place half of the dough onto this cinnamon mixture and sprinkle the remaining 3/4 cup evenly onto it. cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Cover the filling with the remaining half of the dough.
