A simple recipe for preparing delicious meat. After trying it once, I added meat in sour cream sauce to my favorite recipes.

Compound:

  • Meat (beef, pork or veal) - 600-800 g
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Sour cream – 250 g
  • Dried dill - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

Peel the onion, finely chop into cubes and fry until golden brown over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

While the onions are frying, prepare the meat. Wash it and cut into strips.

Increase the heat in the frying pan with the onions to maximum and add the meat to the onions. Fry the meat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the meat turns white. When the meat turns white, pour in a glass of hot boiled water, stir everything and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to slightly above minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmer until the meat is soft, about 1 hour. If the water evaporates quickly, you can add more.

Prepare sour cream sauce. For the sauce, you need to mix sour cream and flour, but no matter how you get lumps, you have your own tricks. First mix the flour with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water, mix the mixture thoroughly and only then add sour cream.

After stewing the meat for an hour, you can add the sauce, but to prevent the sour cream from curdling, first mix it with 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of boiling water, and then add to the meat. Salt and pepper the meat, add dried dill. Mix everything thoroughly, cover the pan with a lid and leave for another 5 minutes.

First, let's prepare all the ingredients needed for our dish. Our recipe is very simple and does not require many ingredients: a piece of pork, an onion, a glass of sour cream, vegetable oil, flour, and of course, salt and spices.

Wash the onion, peel and cut into half rings. If you wish, you can cut it finely or into whole rings.

For the dish we take a piece of pork 400-500 grams, it is advisable to take a pork shoulder or neck, because... they contain streaks of fat, which will give the meat juiciness and tenderness when cooked. We wash the pork and cut it into small pieces.

Turn on the multicooker to the “frying” mode and set the timer for 20 minutes. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl (I used corn oil, it is less harmful when frying than sunflower oil). Throw the chopped onion into the oil. Fry the onion, stirring occasionally with a spatula, until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. You can also add carrots to this dish. If you decide to add it, grate the carrots on a medium grater and fry them together with the onions.

After the timer signal, add salt and spices to the bowl with our onions and pork. You can use any spices you want. I used paprika and a mixture of dried herbs (onion, dill, parsley). You can add khmeli-suneli seasoning, turmeric, ground black pepper, basil, etc. It is spices that can give a dish different flavors, so by experimenting with different spices you can get dishes that taste different. Then pour sour cream into the bowl. I used 10% fat sour cream, because... I try to cook as healthy and not too high-calorie food as possible, but you can use any sour cream and even replace it with cream. Mix everything well, turn on the multicooker in the “stew” mode, and set the timer for an hour. Close the lid of the multicooker and leave it alone for an hour.

Pork in sour cream is ideal for a tasty and satisfying dinner. The dish turns out to be very aromatic and can be served with any side dish.
