The ingredients for the salad are very simple. I think they can be found in any refrigerator. Well, if not, then finding everything in the store will not be difficult.

Ingredients for croutons:

  • 1/3 loaf
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic

I made the crackers myself. For crackers we will need 1/3 of the loaf. Remove edges. Cut into small cubes and dry. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a press. Add a couple of tablespoons of oil to the garlic and let it brew.

Fry the crackers in this oil. Only you need to first strain the oil through a strainer so that pieces of garlic do not fall into the frying pan. The crackers turn out tasty, aromatic, crispy. I highly recommend trying it. I really like these crackers. Moreover, they can be used for various salads. Here is a homemade version of crackers.

I also used half a chicken fillet for the salad. The fillet can be fried, or boiled. I sometimes bake it, my recipe is interesting, and the fillet turns out juicy and soft. This is exactly what I use for Olivier salad.

Now about the salad dressing. I used mayonnaise. We buy mayonnaise at the store with a minimum shelf life. In general, mayonnaise is better using natural ingredients. This salad is dressed with mayonnaise.

Combine cabbage, tomato, egg, chicken in a bowl. Grate the hard cheese onto a coarse grater and also add it to the salad. I buy Russian cheese, we really like it. You can add the cheese you like best to the salad.

I dress the salad with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.

You need to season the salad before serving, otherwise it will drain. You can decorate the salad with any greens you wish. Dill or parsley can be chopped and added to the salad.

Sometimes you want to cook something tasty and easy. And for this case, there are wonderful salads that are prepared very quickly and eaten just as quickly. Today I will tell you three recipes from Chinese cabbage and chicken. They are perfect for a holiday table or for a family dinner.

The question often arises of how best to cut Chinese cabbage so that the structure of the salad can be felt and the hard centers of the leaves can be used. I admit, I tried a bunch of options, and found “mine”: disassemble the head of cabbage into leaves. Next, use a large knife to cut out the white centers. You should get a very elongated triangle. We will always cut them finely, about 0.5 cm.

It is better to tear the green part of the leaf with your hands, this way more juice and vitamins are preserved. But if there is no time left for this, we simply cut it into much larger pieces.

Salad with Chinese cabbage, chicken breast and croutons

This is a variation on the theme of Caesar salad. It is perfect for a holiday table and for a family dinner.

Here's what we need:

  • Beijing cabbage – 0.5 heads
  • Chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • White bread – 4-5 pieces
  • Hard cheese – 50-100 gr.
  • Cherry tomatoes for decoration – 5-7 pcs.
  • Good quality fatty mayonnaise
  • green onions (if you like)

Preparation:

Boil the chicken breast for 25-30 minutes.

To make it tastier, it must be immersed in boiling water, so the meat will have more flavor and juice.

Cut the crust off the white bread and cut it into cubes 1.5-2 cm in size.
Fry them in a small amount of vegetable oil, stirring constantly so that they brown on all sides.

If you don’t have time to prepare croutons, you can use store-bought croutons, preferably cheese-flavored ones.

We cut the cabbage like this - the green part is large, the white part is smaller.

Now combine the croutons, breast and cabbage in a deep bowl, season with mayonnaise, and mix gently.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and add finely chopped green onions.

We cut the tomatoes into halves or quarters and decorate the finished dish with them.

- 1/2 head of Chinese cabbage
- 300 g peeled cocktail prawns (king prawns will not work!)
- 12-15 crab sticks
- 1 jar of canned pineapples
- large ripe pomegranate
- mayonnaise
- salt

Chop the cabbage (without the white part), finely chop the sticks (almost into dust), finely chop the pineapples.

Mix shrimp, chopsticks, cabbage, pineapple and pomegranate. Season with mayonnaise and eat without swallowing the fork!

4. Chinese cabbage salad

This salad turns out very tasty and light, and most importantly, 10 minutes - and you have a gorgeous dish ready.

Beijing cabbage 300 g

smoked sausage 100 g
boiled eggs 2 pcs
corn 100g
dill
mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Wash the cabbage, dry it, cut it, mash it with salt.
Tomatoes, eggs, sausage, cut greens. Add corn.
