  • vanilla ice cream – 3 scoops;

Actively preparing a milkshake will only take a few minutes. However, you should prepare in advance. I slightly modified the classic milkshake with ice cream to make it tasty and healthy. I replaced the ice cream with frozen bananas, from which I make healthy banana ice cream every day. And if you still didn’t know, I highly recommend watching, reading and cooking, because this is the find of the century!

Bananas must be peeled in advance, broken into small pieces, placed in a plastic container and placed in the freezer for at least 2 hours. After that, if you beat them with a blender, they will already become ice cream even without additives. Therefore, our milkshake without ice cream will actually contain just that, only with a very healthy and natural one. Let's start preparing the base.

Vanilla milkshake with banana

The first milkshake recipe will be the basis for all the others. Place frozen bananas in a blender and fill them with milk.

We cut the vanilla stick in half lengthwise and take out the seeds from it using a knife, and also put it in the blender. The vanilla pod can be replaced with regular vanillin, you just need a very small amount of it, on the tip of a knife. If you want to sweeten the Milkshake more, add one or two pitted dates, they are easy to get.

The easiest way to whip a milkshake is with a blender. I recently got professional blender RawMiD Dream Modern2 BDM-06, which I will talk about in detail a little later. This is where I make Milkshakes. Turn on the machine and grind everything until smooth. The banana milk shake is ready, pour it into a glass or smoothie jar.

Strawberry milkshake

You don't have to make a milkshake with strawberries; you can use absolutely any of your favorite berries. Cool alternatives would be blueberries or raspberries. Grind everything and pour it into a glass.

Chocolate milkshake

In this last version, I will tell you how to make a cocoa milk smoothie. Add cocoa and pitted dates to the base.

And yes, turn on the blender again for the milkshake, grind everything well. Pour into a cup and sprinkle a pinch of ground nutmeg on top.

Banana - 1 piece;

Syrup "Grinadine" - 30 ml;
Blue Curacao syrup - 30 ml;

Place milk, ice cream, banana and ice in a blender and mix. Then pour the resulting mass equally into two shakers. Add Grinadine syrup to one shaker and Blue Curacao to the second. Mix.
Then, slowly pour the two resulting milkshakes - pink and blue - into one glass at the same time. Ready!


And then, the bartenders, singer Zhanette and bartender Vadim Alekseev, who had gained a taste, challenged the audience and began to prepare not a dessert cocktail, but a real dinner - a vegetable cocktail. The unexpected ingredients of the Swiss eggnog vegetable cocktail not only surprised, but also turned the dessert drink into a real soup, which was creatively served - in the form of a cocktail: hard cheese, kefir, raw egg, tomato juice, parsley and dill, salt - and we're sure it's a cocktail!

Tomato juice - 100 ml;
Kefir - 100 ml;
Raw egg - 1 piece;
Hard cheese - 30 g;
Parsley and dill;
Salt and pepper to taste.
Grate hard cheese.

Place grated hard cheese, tomato juice, kefir into a blender bowl, beat in a raw egg, add fresh herbs, a little salt and pepper, mix and beat everything together.
Pour the cocktail into a tall cocktail glass and garnish with a sprig of parsley, dill or basil. Bon appetit!


The next step in the culinary duel was the preparation of the popular summer drink “Smoothie”. Despite the fact that Belarusians learned about this drink relatively recently, it has existed in America since the 30s of the last century. A smoothie is a thick fruit cocktail, the preparation of which is based on berries or fruits with the addition of juice, ice, and milk. Rumor has it that smoothies became fashionable in the 60s thanks to hippies, who spread the fame of the drink throughout the world with their nomadic lifestyle.

Meanwhile, the competition continued, and now our experienced and not so experienced bartenders had to prepare different drinks. Zhanette drew lots to prepare the “Raspberry Smoothie”, Vadim took up the “Cherry-Gingerbread Smoothie”. Janet's daughter, little Laura, loved the idea of ​​making a raspberry smoothie and immediately began helping her mom... eat the berries!

Raspberries - 100 gr;
Banana - 1 piece;
Orange juice - 100 ml.

Combine everything and mix in a blender, pour into a large beautiful glass, dip a straw in it, garnish with a cocktail cherry and a slice of orange and enjoy the juicy summer taste of the smoothie!
