I offer you an excellent salad with smoked chicken, mushrooms and cheese. Smoked chicken has a distinct rich taste, and any salad with it always turns out very tasty. Traditionally, champignons are added to this salad, but I decided to move away from the classic version and prepare it with chanterelles. If champignons are closer and dearer to you, cook with them.
