To diversify this dish, use new cooking recipes and find exactly the one that you and your loved ones will like.

Dough for delicious pancakes

To prepare lace dough, we take the good old recipe as a basis. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt;
  • 0.5 l of kefir;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • 3 cups flour;
  • 3–4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil;
  • 3/4 cup cold water.

Based on this recipe, it is easy to prepare chocolate pancakes, delighting the kids. In this case, 100 g of cocoa powder is sifted together with flour, or 100 g of dark chocolate melted in a water bath is added to the finished mixture. When adding chocolate, you can reduce the amount of sugar and use a dessert spoon. The calorie content of the dish will increase rapidly, but it's worth it.

Cooking process

  1. Take a separate container, break an egg into it, add sugar and salt.
  2. Using a regular whisk, beat the mixture until a white foam forms.

  3. Then pour kefir into the resulting mixture and mix thoroughly again until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Using a special mug for flour or an ordinary sieve, sift the flour, adding a spoonful of soda to it. This will enrich the pancake mixture with oxygen and make the dough tender and airy.

  5. At the top of the mound of sifted flour we make a depression into which we pour cold water.
  6. Next, mix everything thoroughly until it has a homogeneous consistency.

  7. Add refined vegetable oil.
  8. Heat the pancake pan. Grease the bottom with butter.

  9. Use a ladle to scoop out the required portion of dough and pour it into the pan in a thin layer. You will see bubbles at the top. The more there are, the more delicate the pancakes will be. Carefully lifting the edge with a spatula, turn the pancake over.
  10. Carefully place the finished pancakes on a plate, not forgetting to grease each one with a small piece of butter.
  11. Then prepare the curd filling. Lemon zest will give it a piquant taste, and quail eggs will make the cottage cheese tender and juicy. For the curd filling you need:

  • 500–700 g of non-acidic cottage cheese;
  • zest of half a lemon (about 2-3 teaspoons);
  • 3 quail eggs;
  • 100 g sugar.

How to wrap pancakes

The fastest way to fill pancakes is as follows: put a pancake on a plate, put the prepared curd mass closer to the edge, and wrap it in an envelope. Place beautifully on a plate. Breakfast is ready!

If you have time to experiment, try this option: grease each pancake with a thin layer of curd filling, roll it up and cut it into small portions with a sharp knife. It is also beautiful to serve pancakes on the table for breakfast, folded into a corner, topped with jam or.

Filling options with cottage cheese

The pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese and apples deserve special attention. Cut the apples, previously peeled and stemmed, into small cubes, pour into a saucepan and simmer over low heat. Add a spoonful of sugar, a little cinnamon, a handful of raisins and simmer for about five minutes. The resulting jam is used for “pancake rolls”.

The sweet mixture is laid out on top of the curd mass, the pancake is wrapped and cut like a roll. So there are a lot of deliciously sweet options for curd filling: with condensed milk, and with cherries, and with canned peaches, and with chocolate chips.

To reduce the calorie content of the dish, use water to prepare unleavened dough. The filling is low-fat, lightly salted cottage cheese with a pepper mixture and herbs. Tasty and healthy!

Pancakes baked in the oven with sour cream

Traditionally in Rus', pancakes are served with sour cream, melted butter and honey. Pancakes with low-fat cottage cheese baked in the oven with sour cream are no less appetizing. Low-fat 10% sour cream is mixed with sugar (proportion 5:1). Place your stuffed masterpieces on any baking dish and pour the resulting sweet sauce over them. Then we put it in the oven. After 10–15 minutes, remove the finished dish. Serve slightly cooled so that the filling does not burn the taste buds.

In my family, pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese are made in a non-standard way - after frying, our delicate products are sent not to the table, but to the oven, where they are heated for a few more minutes with granulated sugar and butter. If you strictly follow the recipe, the end result is very tasty pancakes: the combination of soft, delicate dough and filling with delicate cottage cheese makes the dish one of the most attractive to eat both in the frosty cold and in the hot summer.

Also, is there a healthier, lower calorie option for an easy breakfast or midday snack? As an example, you can take the wonderful recipe of my grandmother, a famous culinary expert who knew how to prepare dough and curd filling for pancakes without any hassle.

Ingredients and preparation

Kitchen appliances

It is best to prepare the necessary utensils, utensils and tools for making pancakes with cottage cheese and raisins in advance:

  • a spacious frying pan with a non-stick coating with a diameter of 22 cm;
  • baking tray with a diagonal of 23 cm;
  • a piece of foil with a length of 30 cm;
  • several deep bowls with a capacity of 300 to 1000 ml;
  • medium sieve;
  • measuring cup or kitchen scale;
  • paper and cotton towels;
  • tablespoons and tea spoons;
  • wooden spatula;
  • steel whisk.

In addition to the standard set of equipment, you can also use a blender or food processor to make the work of kneading dough easier.

You will need

Dough:

Filling:

Did you know? The cottage cheese filling for pancakes should not be too liquid, so buy thicker cottage cheese, preferably at the market, and if it is too watery, wrap it in cheesecloth and let the excess liquid drain. In addition, milk can be replaced with purified water.

Additionally:

  • 70 g granulated sugar;
  • 25 g butter margarine;
  • 20 g butter.

Important! If possible, make powdered sugar using a blender or coffee grinder. In addition, instead of butter, you can use high-quality margarine or lard.

Cooking sequence

Preparation

Did you know? At this stage, you can prepare some additional components for the dough and filling, such as spices. I prefer to add ground cardamom, cinnamon or ginger to the pancake preparation, which gives the finished products a simply unique look and aroma.

Dough

  1. Break the eggs into a large bowl and cover them with granulated sugar.

  2. Then lightly mix the mixture with a whisk; you can also lightly beat it with a blender at low speed.

  3. Pour in about half the milk and a little flour, stir vigorously.

  4. Then add the remaining flour, stir the mixture until smooth.

  5. Add the second part of the milk, mix the liquid dough for pancakes.

  6. Set aside the resulting mass, allowing it to “rest” for half an hour at room temperature.

  7. After this, add sunflower oil and mix again with a whisk.

  8. The dough is ready: you can use it immediately, or you can put it in the refrigerator.

    Important! If it seems to you that the dough is too liquid after the first kneading, just give it time to sit - in about half an hour the gluten in it will “dissolve” and you will get a semi-liquid, viscous mass.

Filling

Preparation

  1. Place the frying pan over medium heat and grease it with margarine.
  2. Pour a portion of dough onto it using a ladle.
  3. Rotate the pan and spread the dough over its entire surface.

  4. Fry the pancake on one side for about two minutes, then turn it over to the other side.

  5. We do the same with the remaining dough.
  6. Place the finished products in a stack on a spacious dish.

  7. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each pancake and wrap it in a small block.

  8. We set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  9. Cover a baking sheet with foil and pour granulated sugar onto it.

  10. Then spread the prepared pancakes with filling on it in an even layer.

  11. Place pieces of butter or margarine on top.

  12. Place the baking sheet in the oven and leave there for approximately five or seven minutes.
  13. Transfer the finished pancakes back to the plate and allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Sweet, incredibly tasty, with the aroma of childhood. So briefly you can imagine pancakes with cottage cheese according to the classic recipe.

Let's put together a food kit for the thinnest pancakes

  • Milk – 0.5 l.
  • Eggs – 3 – 4 pcs. depending on size
  • Flour – 170 – 180 gr.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp. (maybe a little less)
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Butter gr. 70 for toasting.

For the delicious filling

  • Cottage cheese 9 percent – 200 gr.
  • Sugar – 2 – 3 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar (or vanilla, or vanilla essence) to taste
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sour cream - 1 tsp.

If you purchased a slightly dry curd, you should add a yolk or even a whole egg to it. The consistency of the filling will then be more tender.

I also recommend preparing the ingredients for serving. In my opinion, the best option is sour cream. It will not spoil the pancake - curd splendor and any jam, honey, fresh berries. How do you like this picture? Wow, that's all!

Although the main secret of delicious pancakes with cottage cheese lies in the filling, the process must begin with kneading the pancake dough. After all, it must necessarily stand and rest. 5. Set aside for a while. Minimum – 15 min.

  6. Before baking, add vegetable oil and stir.

  7. Bake in a well (!) heated frying pan. If necessary, grease it with vegetable oil before frying the first pancake.

Before this responsible process, I would like to note some points.

  • The curd filling for pancakes should be very tender, literally melting in your mouth. If your fermented milk product is a little dry, you need to thoroughly grind it through a sieve. Or pass through a meat grinder. Sometimes you have to do this twice. Don’t neglect this procedure; pancakes made with milk and cottage cheese will be much tastier.
  • To make the filling airy, you can beat the curd with a blender.
  • If the cottage cheese is damp, then you need to wrap it in gauze and squeeze out excess moisture.

Now you can start cooking

Now you can form pancakes. If you want to make them miniature, then the pancake needs to be cut into 4 parts. Place a teaspoon of filling into each and roll up the pancake. This can be done with an envelope or a tube. Fry the finished product in butter and serve with sour cream, jam, or whatever you want.

How to cook pancakes with cottage cheese, a classic recipe - a complete description of the preparation so that the dish turns out very tasty and original.

Pancakes are a traditional Russian dish. By following the recipe below, you can easily prepare stuffed thin pancakes. Any filling is equally suitable for them, but one of the best second courses and desserts at the same time are pancakes with cottage cheese.

Pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese are a hearty and very healthy dish. Even for this particular dish, there are many recipes for cooking that do not take much time. The curd filling can be easily combined with any fruit, which makes the taste richer and adds more beneficial properties to the dish.

To begin with, here is a classic recipe for pancakes with milk and cottage cheese. The process of preparing pancakes is no different from the traditional one, but we will describe the whole process in more detail.

  • liter of milk;
  • 2 or 3 eggs (depending on the number of servings);
  • 4 spoons of sugar. The amount of sugar can be changed depending on what kind of dough you want - sweet or more bland;
  • 2 cups flour (preferably premium grade);
  • half a teaspoon of salt;
  • one tablespoon of vegetable oil;
  • 10 grams of butter;
  • cottage cheese or curd mass.
  1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour sugar into them and add salt. Grind the sugar and salt thoroughly in the eggs until completely dissolved, no crystals and a uniform consistency. For better results, you can use a mixer.
  2. Add oil to a common bowl. If desired, the vegetable mixture can be completely replaced with cream, but it should be melted before adding to the eggs. Also beat well.
  3. After this, you need to pour a third of the milk into the resulting mass. Beat again until smooth.
  4. You will need to sift the flour through a sieve to prevent lumps from getting into the dough. They are subsequently difficult to knead and beat.
  5. While vigorously stirring the dough, carefully pour flour into it in small portions to prevent the formation of lumps.
  6. After this, the remaining milk is poured into the dough. And the dough is whipped again into a homogeneous mass.
  7. The bowl with the dough will have to be set aside for half an hour to give it time to brew.
  8. Before baking, the pan should be warmed up and generously greased with butter or a piece of unsalted lard.
  9. You need to pour the batter into the pan in a thin stream so that the pancake turns out thin. It is thin pancakes that are easier to stuff with filling. Thick ones do not fold well and break. They need to be fried on both sides. If you use two pans for baking, the process will go much faster.
  10. After the pancakes are ready, you can start stuffing them. To do this, the cottage cheese should be kneaded. If desired, beat it to a more homogeneous consistency. This will make it softer and more pliable in the process. You need to add sugar to the cottage cheese.
  11. In small quantities, about a tablespoon, the cottage cheese is placed on pancakes and wrapped in an envelope.

The cottage cheese in this recipe can be mixed with various dried fruits, for example, raisins or dried apricots. Before doing this, dried fruits should be thoroughly washed and steamed in boiling water. This will give them more softness. Large ones, such as dried apricots or prunes, should be finely chopped. If you combine several types of dried fruits, the dish turns out tastier.

You can also prepare curd mass to stuff pancakes. This filling comes out much more tender and soft. To prepare it, you need to mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, it is better to beat with a mixer, gradually adding sugar to taste. It is necessary to achieve a homogeneous mass, only slightly thinner than whipped cottage cheese. You can also add dried fruits or a little berry puree to it. The latter will not only add taste, but also give the filling a delicate shade.

Pancakes with cottage cheese are best served with sour cream or berry jam. They can be consumed as a separate dish or simply as a dessert with tea.

This dish has a high calorie content due to the use of vegetable and butter, and therefore its use during a diet is not recommended.

To better bake the filling, the pancakes can also be cooked in the oven if desired.

How to prepare pancake filling for the oven

For preparation we will use the following ingredients:

  1. Break the egg into a deep bowl.
  2. Add a small amount of sugar to the egg. Sugar must be thoroughly ground in the egg until smooth and free of grains.
  3. Gradually add cottage cheese to the resulting mass and stir until smooth.
  4. Spread the resulting filling evenly over the pancakes in a thin layer. Roll the pancakes into tubes.
  5. Place the resulting rolls on a baking sheet or in a suitable container. We steal thin slices of butter on top of the pancakes.
  6. Place the rolls in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 10 minutes.

    • 1 egg;
    • 300 grams of cottage cheese (preferably fat);
    • sugar to taste.

    Despite the fact that the filling is obtained in the form of a cream, it does not flow out anywhere until it hardens.

  • The resulting preparations can be placed in the freezer. When required, homemade semi-finished products are taken out of the refrigerator and fried to completion.

    Delicate curd filling for pancakes

    Usually, the curd filling for pancakes is prepared easily and simply. To do this, you just need to combine all the necessary ingredients and mix them thoroughly. As for pancakes, they are made in the classic way with milk. In this case, the products should turn out large (the diameter of the frying pan) and very thin.

    How to prepare curd filling?

    Most housewives prepare the filling for pancakes using completely different ingredients and adding them by eye. However, quite often such an experience leads to the fact that the dessert turns out not very tasty. That is why during its preparation we recommend strictly following the recipe rules. In this article we will present you several ways to create curd filling. Which one to choose is up to you personally.

    Classic pancake filling

    Many housewives know how to prepare the classic curd filling for pancakes. After all, our mothers and grandmothers used it to make delicious desserts. If you do not have this information, we will provide it right now.

    • grainy village cottage cheese (dry) - about 300 g;
    • small egg - 1 pc.;
    • coarse sugar - 4 large spoons;
    • vanillin - a pinch.

    Preparing Ingredients

    To make the curd filling for pancakes tasty, you should only purchase full-fat dairy products for its preparation. Country cottage cheese is an ideal option. It must be placed in a blender and blended at maximum speed. In this case, you should get a fairly thick and fluffy milk mass.

    Preparing the filling

    After the cottage cheese is beaten using a blender, add a small chicken egg and coarse sugar to it. Next, you need to repeat the procedure of mixing the components. As a result, you should get a very fluffy and airy curd paste.

    How to stuff products?

    The curd filling for pancakes should not be too liquid. Otherwise, it may leak beyond the base.

    The prepared mass must be placed on the product, and then the bottom edge must be folded over the filling. Next, you need to bend the left and right sides of the pancake in the same way towards the middle. Then the product should be rolled up. In this case, you should get a neat rectangular envelope. In the future, the semi-finished product can be stored in the freezer or refrigerator. Before use, it can be heated in the microwave, oven or in a frying pan. It is recommended to serve this delicacy with a cup of coffee or tea.

    Delicious curd and banana filling

    This option for filling pancakes is especially popular with children who are partial to sweet and soft bananas. It should be noted that you only need five minutes to prepare it.

    So, we need:

    • grainy village cottage cheese (dry) - about 250 g;
    • coarse sugar - 2 large spoons;
    • soft banana (can be overripe) - 1 or 2 pcs. (taste);
    • vanillin - a pinch.

    Cooking process

    In order for you to get a delicious curd filling with banana, you need to use only ripe and soft fruits for its preparation. After all, if you use an unripe green product, the milk mass will turn out less aromatic.

    Thus, to prepare the filling, you need to put the granular cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a masher to a paste. If you do not want to carry out this process manually, we recommend using a mixer or blender.

    In the future, you need to add thick and fresh sour cream, as well as soft banana and coarse sugar to the cottage cheese. Then add a pinch of vanillin to the mixture (optional). After this, all ingredients need to be kneaded again. As a result, you will get a fragrant curd paste with a pronounced banana taste.

    Delicate curd filling with banana is used to fill pancakes in exactly the same way as in the first recipe. Since it turns out to be quite thick, the sweet mass will not leak outside the product even after heating it in a microwave oven, oven or frying pan.

    Spring rolls for breakfast

    The sweet curd filling serves as an excellent filling for a pancake, which can be served as a tasty and satisfying breakfast. To make the milk mass sweeter, it is recommended to add large dark raisins to it. But first things first.

    For the filling we need the following ingredients:

    • grainy (dry) country cottage cheese - about 250 g;
    • thick sour cream - 2 large spoons;
    • coarse sugar - 3 large spoons;
    • large dark raisins - about 50 g (to taste);
    • lemon - ¼ fruit.

    Cooking method

    All sweet curd fillings are prepared according to the same principle. First, the dairy product is whipped with a mixer until smooth, then thick sour cream and coarse sugar are added to it. After mixing the ingredients with a spoon, they should be set aside.

    To make the dessert especially aromatic, add a slice of lemon to the filling. But first you need to grind it in a blender along with the peel. You also need to thoroughly rinse the dark raisins and scald them with boiling water. In the future, dried fruits should be rinsed again and deprived of all moisture.

    At the end, add crushed lemon and swollen raisins to the sweet curd mass, and then mix everything thoroughly. After this, the filling can be safely used to prepare delicious stuffed pancakes.

    Making curd dessert with apple and cinnamon

    Cottage cheese and apple filling is no less popular among children than milk mixture with banana.

    To prepare it we may need the following components:

    • grainy (dry) country cottage cheese - about 300 g;
    • thick sour cream - 2 large spoons;
    • coarse sugar - 1 large spoon;
    • sweet juicy apple - 2 pcs.;
    • crushed cinnamon - 1/3 dessert spoon;
    • liquid honey - 2 large spoons.

    Preparing the components

    Before preparing this filling, you should process the ripe fruit. The apples must be peeled and the seed box removed. Next, you need to grate them on a large grater. After this, beat the dry cottage cheese with a blender until smooth.

    Step-by-step process for preparing the filling

    Having prepared the dairy product and fruit, they should be combined in one bowl and mixed thoroughly. In the future, you need to add thick sour cream and coarse sugar to the ingredients. Also, for taste and aroma, you need to add chopped cinnamon and liquid honey to the filling. After mixing all the ingredients, you should have a fairly sweet and aromatic mass. It is recommended to use it to fill pancakes immediately after cooking. If you keep the curd and apple mixture aside, the fruit may turn black and spoil the appearance of the dessert.

    Preparing a savory filling for pancakes

    Before making the curd filling, think about what kind of product you ultimately want to get: sweet or savory. To prepare your first dessert, you can use any of the recipes described above. If you want to get a spicy dish, then pay attention to the following method.

    So, to prepare the spicy filling we will need:

    • non-acidic cottage cheese 15% fat - about 250 g;
    • sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
    • fresh parsley and dill - a small bunch each;
    • garlic cloves - 2 cloves;
    • salt, ground pepper and sweet paprika - add to taste;
    • marinated champignons - about 180 g.

    Preparing the ingredients

    Before you form pancakes with a savory filling, you should prepare all the components. First of all, you need to wash the sweet pepper and clean it of seeds and stalks. Next, you need to drain all the brine from the pickled champignons and place them in a blender bowl.

    Preparing the filling

    After adding bell pepper to the mushrooms, grind all the ingredients into a paste at high speed. After this, you need to add non-acidic fatty cottage cheese, ground pepper, sweet paprika and salt. As a result of repeated mixing, you should get a fragrant, spicy mass.

    Having carried out the described steps, you should add grated cloves of garlic, as well as chopped fresh herbs, to the almost finished filling. By the way, it is better to chop parsley and dill with a sharp knife rather than with a blender.

    After making the savory curd filling, you can start stuffing the pancakes. A full large spoon of homogeneous mass should be placed in each product. You need to wrap the flour product exactly as described in the very first recipe.

    It should be noted that such pancakes turn out very tasty due to the combination of sweet dough and savory filling.

    How to store semi-finished products?

    If you made stuffed pancakes for future use, you can freeze them. To do this, semi-finished products should be laid out on a sheet, leaving a distance (2-3 cm) between them. After the products have hardened, they can be placed in a common bag and stored in this form in the freezer for no more than three months.

    Subsequently, the stuffed pancakes should be heated in a greased frying pan using a stove or oven. Also, some housewives place frozen semi-finished products in the microwave.

    4. Let stand for a while so that all the ingredients disperse and the flour swells and becomes sticky. This is important so that the products turn over well when frying.

    5. Heat the frying pan thoroughly and grease it with vegetable oil. It is always advisable to do this when baking your first copy. In the future, this may not be necessary, since the dough already contains butter.

    6. Pour a portion of the dough into a fairly thin layer. Bake the product until golden brown on one side only. The other side should turn out dry, without the slightest sign of batter.

    Bake all the products in this way.

    Before each new pouring of dough, it is advisable to stir it to avoid the formation of a solid flour residue at the bottom.

    Place the finished products in a stack so that they do not dry out.

    7. Prepare the filling. To do this, mix cottage cheese and curd mass. Then add butter and egg yolks. If you want the filling to be sweet, add sugar.

    3. Sift the flour directly into the resulting mass. Keep in mind that in 250 gr. a glass holds 160 grams of flour. This means you will need half a glass and about another tablespoon.

    The dough should be quite liquid. That's how it should be. The finished products will be thin. However, this issue can always be adjusted. If you want them thicker, you can add a little more flour. If, on the contrary, you want them to be thinner, then add a little water.

    Plus, the dish contains a minimum of calories, so you can treat yourself even while on a diet.

    For the test we need:

    • milk – 600 ml
    • flour – 10 tbsp. spoons
    • butter – 1 tbsp. spoon
    • egg – 2 pcs
    • sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons
    • salt - a pinch

    For filling:

    • cottage cheese – 250 ml
    • bananas – 2 pcs (medium)
    • lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
    • sugar - to taste

    To prepare chocolate glaze:

    • chocolate – 10 g
    • butter – 2 tbsp. spoons

    Preparation:

    1. You can knead the dough not only with a mixer and a whisk. Let's look at the method of kneading it using a blender.

    Pour milk into a blender bowl, add sugar and salt. Immediately add vegetable oil, butter and eggs. Sift the flour into a separate bowl in advance and add that too. That is, we immediately lay out all the components and beat them into a homogeneous mass.

    2. The dough is ready. Give it the opportunity to stand and brew for about 15 minutes, and you can start baking.

    3. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil. To do this, you can use a silicone brush, or the old-fashioned way with a piece of peeled potato. This is a must for the first batch of dough. In the future, see how the frying pan will bake.

    It is better to have dishes that are not very large in diameter so that the finished products are more accurate and not too large.

    4. When both the dishes and the oil in them are warm, pour a ladle of dough. The thinner the layer, the thinner the finished product. Bake it on one side first. As soon as the edges are dry and the bottom is browned, turn the product over to the other side and wait until the other side is browned.

    5. When all the dough is finished and the pancakes are stacked in all their glory, let’s start preparing the filling. To do this, peel and cut the bananas. Sprinkle them with squeezed lemon juice to prevent them from darkening. Then put them in a bowl and mash them into a puree using a fork.

    6. Grind the cottage cheese, especially if it has large grains. You can additionally punch it with a blender, so the mass will turn out to be more delicate in consistency. Then add banana puree to it and mix everything.

    Also add a little sugar if desired. And if you like sweeter dishes, you can add as much of it as you like the filling.

    7. Depending on the size of the products, place the required amount of filling on each of them. So, for example, if it turns out to be 20 cm in diameter, then you only need a tablespoon. If it is larger, then add a little more filling.

    However, make sure that the finished pancakes look appetizing and neat.

    8. Place the portion on one edge. Then roll the product into an envelope or tube. Or you might want to roll it into a triangle. All methods are good. It will be delicious in any case.

    There is no need to additionally fry finished products. They are already completely ready. But decorating them won’t hurt at all.

    9. So it's time to prepare the glaze. It is very easy to prepare. To do this, you just need to combine the butter with chocolate and melt the products in a water bath.

    It happens that they also use a microwave for this. But in this case, the beneficial properties of the product are lost. Therefore, it is better to spend 5 minutes more time and decorate the finished dish with a more healthy product.
