  2. First scald the squids with boiling water and peel off the film from them, then cook for 6 - 7 minutes. Cook shrimp in salted water for 3 – 3.5 minutes.
  3. Prepare and cut all seafood. Their pieces should be approximately the same.

Salad with Korean carrots and pork

For a quarter kilo of smoked pork, prepare the following products in advance:

  • 1 head of white sweet onion;
  • 1 full glass of spicy carrot sticks;
  • classic mayonnaise with salt.

Preparation:

  1. Smoked boneless pork is cut into long thin strips.
  2. The onion is peeled and chopped into thin half rings. It must be scalded with boiling water to remove the bitterness. After this, place in a colander/sieve to drain the liquid.

  • fresh cranberries.

Preparation:

  1. The first layer of the appetizer will be cubes of smoked chicken. You can take any other bird instead. The meat layer does not need to be salted, but it must be coated with sauce.
  2. Next, slices of fresh cucumbers with sauce and salt are distributed.
  3. For the third layer, you must first boil any wild mushrooms, and then fry them until tender along with pieces of onion. Salt and add spices.
  4. The frying is distributed over the cucumber mass and a mayonnaise grid is also drawn on it.

  • 400 – 450 g beef pulp;
  • 1 onion;

  • 1/3 tbsp. classic mayonnaise with salt;

  • fat for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Pour water over the beef and cook the meat until fully cooked. Do not add salt to the water used for cooking, otherwise the meat will be dry.
  2. While the beef is cooking, finely chop the onion.
  3. Chop raw carrots into strips. You can use a special “Korean” grater for this. Also chop the pickled cucumbers. If they have a very thick skin, then it needs to be cut off thinly.
  4. First, fry the onion in hot oil until transparent, then add carrot sticks to it. Stirring, fry vegetables for 8 - 9 minutes. The frying should become slightly browned, but not burn, otherwise the finished snack will be bitter. Add spices to it.
  5. Cut the boiled meat into cubes. Mix with cooled roast.
  6. Add cucumber strips to the products and mix everything thoroughly.

Season the treat with salty mayonnaise. If desired, decorate it with fresh herbs.

  • 200 g boiled beets;

  1. Boil the pork pulp. Let it cool completely and separate into fibers.
  2. Thoroughly peel the boiled root vegetables and chop them with a medium/large grater. If desired, you can not grate the potatoes, but cut them into medium cubes, then they will feel better in the dish.
  3. Chop the lightly boiled eggs and onions.
  4. Simply chop the nuts with a knife. Their pieces may not be too small.
  5. Soak the prunes in warm water and cut into strips.
  6. Place the treat in layers in a special culinary ring: potatoes - meat - onions - eggs - carrots - prunes. Coat all products with salted sauce.

  2. Chop the boiled cooled seafood into thin long strips. If there is any film left on them, it must be removed.
  3. Cook shrimp in boiling water for 3 – 4 minutes. You can also add spices to these seafood, let the shrimp cool and clean them thoroughly.
  4. Mix seafood. Add straws of crab meat or regular crab sticks to them.
  5. Mash the garlic and add to the salad. Send small, neat cubes of boiled eggs, red caviar, and grated cheese there.

  • 2 onions;
  • oil, salt, mayonnaise, spices that are suitable for the liver.

Preparation:

  1. Boil all root vegetables until softened. Cool and peel off the skin. Rub.
  2. Boil the eggs until hard in the middle and also grate them.
  3. Peel the onion, cut into smaller pieces, and cut the mushrooms into slices. Fry them with half the onion slices until tender. Add spices and salt.
  4. With the rest of the onion, fry the liver, cut into small pieces.
  5. Lay out the products: potatoes - fried with mushrooms - carrots - fried with liver - cheese - eggs.

  • 300 – 350 g canned pineapple;
  • 1 tbsp. grains of canned corn;
  • 200 – 250 g pork/chicken ham
  • 4 pre-boiled eggs
  • several lettuce leaves;
  • 2/3 tbsp. salted olive mayonnaise.

Preparation:

  1. Cool and peel pre-boiled eggs, chop them into neat cubes. There is no need to separate eggs into yolks and whites before grinding.
  2. Place pineapples in a colander. When the syrup has drained, cut the fruit into miniature pieces.
  3. Remove marinade from canned corn. If desired, both canned products can be additionally rinsed with running water. Then the salad will not have a sweet note.
  4. Cut the ham into cubes. There is no need to chop, the meat should taste good in the salad.
  5. Lay out the future snack in layers. To make it more accurate, you can use a culinary ring.
  6. Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. boiled beans (you can use canned ones);
  • 1 PC. bell pepper;
  • 1 red onion;
  • ½ lime;
  • 1 small chili pod;
  • 2 – 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 small bunch of cilantro/parsley;
  • 4 dessert spoons of olive oil;

  1. Remove seeds from bell peppers. Cut the remaining pulp into cubes or sticks.
  2. Mash the garlic and mix with torn herbs, oil and garlic salt.

  • 2 beets (medium);

  • 1-2 onions (medium size);
  • 250 g mayonnaise;
  • 1 tbsp. l. vinegar (9%);

Sequencing:

Step 1. Prepare food in advance. Boil beets, potatoes and carrots, peel. Our eggs are also already hard-boiled. The herring is pitted. The fillet is cut into small cubes. The onion is finely chopped.

Step 2. Rub the beets with a fine mesh grater. If it is watery, then put it in a strainer to drain excess juice.

In the roll, the beet mass should be somewhat dry to keep its shape.

Step 3. Pour a tablespoon of vinegar into the onion and stir so that it marinates a little.

A little secret: Sprinkle the herring (instead of mayonnaise) with flaxseed oil. Its light bitter taste not only emphasizes the fishy taste, but also gives it special expressiveness.

Step 3. Mix both components in a plate and let them sit for a while to soak in all the smells.

Step 4. When forming with a roll, the layers are laid out in the reverse order. Cover a baking sheet with cling film and place the beetroot mixture on it. We form a rectangle out of it. Seal, trim the edges with a wide knife, and add a little salt. Draw a thin mayonnaise mesh.

Step 5. Place the second layer of boiled carrots. To do this, use three of her graters. Draw a mayonnaise mesh over the carrot layer and add some salt.

So that the roll rolls well. Each next layer should be a little smaller in size.

Step 6. Next comes a potato layer with a mayonnaise mesh. Don't forget to add a little salt. Next, sprinkle the chopped eggs in an even layer. Salt them a little and draw a grid. We distribute the herring and onion in the middle of the layer, see photo.

Step 7. Lifting the film from opposite sides (together with the layers), we connect the edges of the roll. To prevent the product from coming apart along the seam, we make the edges overlap each other.

Step 8. Cover the top with a dish and turn it over, moving the product from the baking sheet to a plate, seam side down. Carefully pull out the film so as not to break the shape.

Step 9. Decorate the roll with a mayonnaise mesh, applying a zigzag lattice. In the middle of the product you can place white flowers cut from the tops of a boiled egg (white).

We cut out green leaves from the cucumber peel. In this new form, you can present herring under a fur coat to your guests for the holiday. Bright, beautiful, unusual!

Cut Iceberg lettuce leaves into small pieces or tear them with your hands. Send it to the mold with the second layer. Cover each layer with a mesh of mayonnaise.

Grind the pistachios in a blender. Sprinkle lettuce leaves with pistachio crumbs. It gives the dish a unique taste.

Instead of pistachios, other nuts are used: walnuts, peanuts, almonds. Each type of nut gives the dish new shades of taste.

Grate the eggs on a coarse grater. Place them in the next layer. We compact it a little. Salt, pepper and draw a mayonnaise mesh. Sprinkle the final layer with cheese shavings. We also put mayonnaise on it.

It's time to decorate the product. Cut the grapes lengthwise into two halves. In any order, as your imagination tells you, we create our own picture.

Royal salad with red fish and caviar for the New Year

This dish is prepared only on holidays. This is not a budget option, you understand. Salmon fish, red caviar, avocado and olives are the main ingredients of this presentable appetizer.

It is worth taking care in advance to buy these products. The remaining components can always be found in the kitchen. The cooking process is simple. We will collect the products in layers and grease them with mayonnaise.

What you will need:

  • 300 g smoked salmon fillet;
  • 3 medium sized potatoes;
  • 100 g red caviar;
  • 2-3 carrots;
  • 4-5 eggs;
  • half an avocado;
  • 340 g canned olives;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt pepper;

Cooking:

Cut the salmon fillet into squares. Boil the eggs hard and cool. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate them separately on a fine grater. Cut the boiled carrots into cubes (you can grate them on a coarse grater). Cut the avocado and boiled potatoes into pieces. Cut the olives into rings.

The products are prepared, now let's start molding. We place a 16-20 cm culinary ring on the dish. You can simply form the appetizer on a beautiful plate or salad bowl.

We lay the products in layers. Lightly add salt and pepper to the layers, coat with mayonnaise mesh.

The exception is the fish layer. We don’t put mayonnaise on it. Salmon itself is fatty.

  • 1st layer potato;
  • 2nd - carrot;

  • 5th - fish;
  • 6th - egg (first the yolks are distributed, followed by a layer of whites);

Coat the top, protein layer with mayonnaise, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

After time has passed, we take the product out of the refrigerator. Remove the cling film and ring. Decorate the top of the salad with red caviar.

This masterpiece is served on holidays. On the New Year's table, without a doubt, it will take the most honorable place.

New Year's salad with shrimp and avocado

A bright, delicious and beautiful dish with shrimp and avocado is prepared from just three ingredients. But this does not prevent him from looking truly festive.

To emphasize the taste effect, we will prepare 2 types of dressing. Separately for vegetables and seafood delicacies. Serving the dish in separate glasses makes the result unsurpassed.

Products:

  • 200 g avocado;
  • 150 g boiled shrimp;
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes;

For gas station No. 1:

  • 2-3 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice (or lime juice);
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • salt pepper;

For gas station No. 2:

  • 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon or lime juice;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin;
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric;

Cooking process:

First we prepare the dressing. Take 2 small cups. Put mayonnaise in one. The second one is still empty. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic. We divide it into two parts. We put most of it into mayonnaise, the smaller part into the empty cup on the right.

Cut the lime into halves. Squeeze out 1 tbsp. l. in a cup with mayonnaise and 2 tbsp. l. into a cup containing only garlic. And immediately pour olive oil into it. We pepper both dressings. Add salt to the oil mixture and mix. The second filling is ready. You will need it for vegetables.

Sprinkle cumin and turmeric into the first one (mayonnaise) and mix too. It's for shrimp.

Let's start forming the salad. We will make it in separate glasses - in portions. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and place them in the bottom of each glass. Pour them with oil dressing (1 tbsp in each glass).

When forming salads in layers, it is important to take this feature into account. Those vegetables that release juice are laid out at the bottom.

Cut the avocado into small pieces and place them on the tomato layer. And also pour the dressing with oil.

Cut the shrimp into 2-3 parts (if they are large), transfer to a cup. Pour in mayonnaise dressing. Mix. We put them in a third layer in glasses.

Decorate your masterpiece with lime wedges and a sprig of cilantro. Before you start eating, be sure to squeeze the juice from a slice of lime onto the shrimp. Enjoy your meal!

Simple, light salad without mayonnaise

This dish is attractive not only because of its speed of preparation, but also because of its low calorie content. The New Year's table is usually overloaded with heavy food. Almost every salad contains mayonnaise. And such a light, refreshing snack will “fly away” in a few minutes.

What we need:

  • 300 g meat;
  • 100 g prunes;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • 400 g champignons;

Now let's start decorating. Separate the whites from the yolks and three of them separately on a fine grater. Remove the seeds and stalks from the red pepper and cut into small cubes.

Place the salad base on a dish. We give it the shape of the head of Santa Claus in a hat. We line the beard with protein. The face is yolk. The edge of the hat is again whitened. And the hat itself is peppered with red pepper. Don't forget about the white pompom at the tip of the hat. We insert the nose from a tomato, and the eyes from prunes.

Christmas tree toy is one of my favorite New Year's salads. And all because it is simple to prepare and looks impressive. It can be prepared annually, regardless of the change of Symbols of the year.

Because we decorate it in the form of a bright Christmas tree decoration. But the dish has its own twist - onion confiture. What is it and why is it needed, read below.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. boiled chicken fillet;
  • 300 gr. boiled carrots;
  • 4 boiled eggs;
  • 200 gr. hard cheese;
  • 2 medium onions (red);
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 1 large apple;
  • 1 can of green peas;
  • 150 gr. mayonnaise;
  • 150 gr. sour cream;
  • greens, salt.

Cooking process:

The ingredients needed for the salad are prepared in advance.

  • Boiled chicken cut into pieces.
  • The carrots are boiled. Half of it is rubbed with a fine grater, the other part is cut into circles for decoration.
  • We separated the yolks from the whites and grated them separately with a grater.
  • The onion is cut into half rings.
  • Grate the apple and cheese.
  • The greens are finely chopped.

First, prepare the onion confiture. Because after cooking, it must cool down. In general, you can buy it, but it is expensive. It’s not difficult to prepare, so it’s better to cook it at home.

Place onions in a heated frying pan with oil and add sugar. Add a little salt. Simmer over low heat until golden brown. This process takes 15-20 minutes. At the same time, it becomes covered with a caramel crust (caramelized).

Only red onions are used for making confiture. It can be made for future use and used to make salads and sandwiches. It turns out very tasty.

Making the dressing sauce. To do this, mix mayonnaise with sour cream and add garlic, passed through a garlic press. In separate cups, mix this sauce with apple and cheese.

We assemble the dish. Lay it in layers:

  • 1st layer - chopped chicken meat. We draw a light mesh with sauce.
  • 2 - boiled carrots;
  • 3 - apple mixed with sauce;
  • 4 - onion confiture;
  • 5 - egg white with mayonnaise mesh;
  • 6 - yolk with sauce;
  • 7 - cheese mixed with sauce.

When laying layers, they should be slightly compacted.

Cover the product completely with cheese. Even from the sides we give it a round shape, reminiscent of a ball.

Decorate the salad. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. And not completely, but we make beautiful stripes, as in the photo. Lay out the carrot slices. We complement the pattern with green pea beads.

If you don’t like the presence of an apple in your salad, it’s better to immediately exclude this ingredient.

I recently came across an unusual recipe for salad with tangerines, and I really liked it. Citrus fruits go well with fish ingredients, so have no doubt that even the most sophisticated gourmets will enjoy the appetizer. If you wish, you can add another citrus - orange, it only adds aroma and piquant notes.


Compound:

  • 1 potato;
  • 2 tangerines;
  • 1/2 orange;
  • fresh cucumber;
  • egg;
  • 100 g crab sticks;
  • tbsp mayonnaise;
  • spices, salt.

How to cook:

Boil the potatoes in their jackets, remove the skin from the boiled tuber, cut into small cubes. Remove the shell from a boiled chicken egg and finely chop the white and yolk. Cut the ends off the cucumber and cut into the same cube as potatoes.

I really like unusual appetizers, and this salad is one of those. It is shaped like a mitten, and once you try it, it will be impossible to put it down.


The whole highlight lies in the fried crab sticks; they make the taste very delicate and rich.

Compound:

  • 2 potatoes (medium);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 150 g crab sticks;
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise;
  • 100 g cheese;
  • a piece of butter for frying;
  • salt, spices to taste.

How to cook:

Boil the jacket potatoes and eggs until tender. When the ingredients have cooled, peel them and chop them into small cubes. Remove the film from the sticks and finely cut them into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan, carefully place the sticks into it and fry for several minutes with constant stirring.


Place the grated potato on a flat plate, but leave a little for the second layer, press it down with a spoon and shape it into a mitten. Make a thin mayonnaise mesh. Place the fried sticks on top of the potatoes, leveling with a spoon.


Separate the whites and yolks of one egg. Crumble another egg with the yolk on a grater, and leave the white to decorate the mitten. Sprinkle crushed eggs over crab sticks. Lubricate everything with mayonnaise again. Grate the cheese, sprinkle it on top of the eggs and lay out the remaining potatoes, distributing them not only on the top, but also on the sides.


When the mitten is almost ready, all that remains is to decorate it beautifully. To do this, grease the potatoes with mayonnaise and place red caviar on most of the mitten.


Instead of the edge, sprinkle the rest with grated egg white. It is better to serve the salad a little later after cooking, so that it is soaked.

The most delicious holiday salad “Snow Maiden's Cap” 2020

Any holiday table will be decorated with the Snow Maiden's Hat salad. It turns out a beautiful blue color. The juice of red cabbage gives the appetizer its bright color.


To prepare it, you need to grind 140-150 g of vegetable leaves in a blender, then strain the juice. The resulting liquid is a natural dye; it is used to color boiled egg whites.

Compound:

  • 150 g ham;
  • 200 g boiled meat;
  • 250 g fresh champignons;
  • 3 boiled potato tubers;
  • 2 boiled carrots;
  • 2 pickled cucumbers;
  • purple onion;
  • 200 g mayonnaise;
  • tbsp mustard;
  • quail egg – 1 pc.;
  • 140 g red cabbage;
  • frying oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

How to cook:

Remove the skin from pre-boiled carrots and potatoes, cut the vegetables into medium pieces and place in one large cup. Cut the pickled cucumbers into the same pieces and mix with the contents of the cup. Finely chop the onion and pour boiling water over it for a short time to remove the sharpness and bitterness. After 1-2 minutes, drain the water, and after a little while, transfer the cooled onion into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.


Cut the ham and boiled meat into equal pieces. Add to salad bowl, stir. Wash the champignons, cut into plastic pieces and fry with oil until lightly golden. When the mushrooms have cooled, mix them with the contents of the bowl.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the yolks about tbsp. put the grated yolks on a plate, they will be needed for decoration) in a separate cup, add mayonnaise and mustard to them, mix thoroughly. Add the resulting dressing to the prepared salad, pepper and salt.


Place the salad mixture on a flat dish, forming it into a dome shape.


Grind the remaining whites and boil the quail egg. Squeeze the juice from the cabbage into a bowl, add the whites and eggs there and leave for 15-20 minutes. When they turn blue, drain the liquid and strain the ingredients in a colander.


Now you can decorate our hat: first, lay the colored whites around the entire perimeter, then sprinkle the top of the head with the remaining grated yolk, and place a quail egg on top of a parsley leaf. You can try the salad as soon as you finish making it.

Any lean meat is suitable for cooking: boiled chicken fillet, lean pork or beef.

New Year's Salad “Santa Claus Hat”

Just as many years ago, when we were little, our children now believe in miracles as children. And although modern children are now more attracted to foreign characters, each of them still expects gifts for the Christmas tree from Father Frost and the Snow Maiden. How interesting it would be to surprise our children, and adults too, with such a salad.


To decorate, cover the top part of the cap with a thick layer of boiled carrots, but decorate the bottom part closely with egg white. We also use it to decorate hat pompoms. For added elegance, decorate with green peas and viburnum berries. Viburnum can be replaced with red caviar.

Ingredients:

  • smoked chicken meat - 300g;
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • pickled cucumber - 3 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - to taste;
  • green peas and viburnum berries for decoration.

Preparation:

  • 200 g ham;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 pickled cucumbers;
  • 100 g Korean carrots;
  • 50 g chips;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • mayonnaise for dressing.

  • 240 g canned tuna;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 2 cucumbers;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 small carrot;
  • a handful of pitted olives;

  • a bunch of arugula;
  • a bunch of spinach;
  • 2 sprigs of basil;
  • 1.5 tbsp. olive oil;
  • tbsp apple cider vinegar;
  • ½ tsp. mustard;
  • salt, spices.

How to cook:

Rinse the spinach and arugula under water, dry the greens on a towel and place on a plate. Tear leaves that are too large with your hands. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and place on the greens. Peel the onion, chop it into thin half rings, sprinkle the tomatoes and herbs.


Peel the raw carrots, chop them into long strips, and add them to the dish. Boil the eggs, peel, cut into slices, and carefully place on a plate. Peel the bell peppers, cut the ends off the cucumbers, cut the vegetables into equal large pieces. Add ingredients to dish. Open the can of tuna, drain the liquid, divide the pieces into smaller pieces, place on the rest of the vegetables and garnish with olives.


For the dressing, prepare the sauce in a separate bowl. To do this, mix olive oil with mustard and add a little apple cider vinegar. Mix the sauce with a whisk for homogeneity, add a little pepper and salt, pour the dressing over the salad and start tasting.

I offer you a version of an original, bright, crispy and very tasty salad. The salad looks very elegant and appetizing, and will definitely decorate your table.


Products can be selected based on your preferences. For example, in some recipes, red beets are used instead of tomatoes, and sausage is used instead of chicken meat. If you want to add some spice to the salad, you can add a few cloves of garlic to the mayonnaise. And green onions can be replaced with any other herbs, for example, parsley or dill. Here everything depends only on your flight of fancy and, of course, taste preferences.

Ingredients:

  • Korean carrots – 200 g;
  • tomatoes – 200 g;
  • fresh cucumber – 200 g;

  • onions – 1 pc. medium size;
  • green onions – 1 small bunch;
  • vegetable oil for frying and deep-frying;
  • apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp;

  • salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the salad. Boil the chicken until cooked. Peel the onions and potatoes. Wash tomatoes, cucumber and green onions with cold water.


Cut the onion into thin half rings.


Prepare the marinade. To do this, pour 200 ml of boiled chilled water into a bowl, add vinegar and sugar to it. Dip the chopped onion into this marinade and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the liquid completely.
