Despite the fact that the set of ingredients is very modest, the result will be a hearty and tender dish. Slightly dry meat is perfectly soaked with sour kefir, as a result of which it turns out juicy and just melts in your mouth. If you cook this dish at least once, it will become your favorite.

Marinade secrets

So, first of all, it will be necessary to thoroughly rinse the chicken carcass under water, and then chop it into portions. After that, each of the pieces should be rubbed with salt and spices. By the way, it should be noted that you need to be careful with seasonings - they must be correctly combined and not overdone. Fragrant Italian herbs mixed with a small amount of black and red pepper will come in very handy. You can even make it easier - buy spices for chicken and rub the meat with them. It would seem that there is nothing unusual. But this is if it were an ordinary bird fried in a pan. But chicken marinated in kefir has a special spicy taste. Then add the onion (three large heads) cut into half rings to the meat and slightly reduce the heat. Stew a little, do not forget to cross and salt. After a couple of minutes, you can pour kefir. For such a portion, it will take about half a liter of dairy product. After that, you need to cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat until very little of the kefir remains. The chicken should absorb everything. A few minutes before readiness, the lid is removed and the meat is continued to stew, stirring the meat - this is necessary in order to evaporate the juice and so that the bird is browned.
