Wash the zucchini, there is no need to peel it for this recipe, dry it with a kitchen towel. Then cut it into circles approximately 1.5 cm thick. After this, remove the core from each circle so that the edges are approximately 1 cm wide. This can be done either with a knife or with a shaped cookie cutter; the second option is more interesting. You can use store-bought minced meat, but it’s much tastier to cook it yourself from 2 parts pork and 1 part beef. Add the egg, grated or blended zucchini pulp, finely chopped onion, salt and ground black pepper.

Salt the previously prepared rings, leave them for 10 minutes, after which you can proceed directly to cooking. Pour refined vegetable oil into a frying pan, roll the rings in flour, and place them in the frying pan.
