To bake a biscuit, use a silicone biscuit mold with high sides or a mold with removable sides. The main condition is that the sides should be high, since the biscuit will rise well. Lubricate the silicone with oil, and parchment can be laid in a metal mold.

Bake the sponge cake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes - test for readiness with a toothpick.

At the cooled biscuit, cut off the top with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. This will be the lid of the cake.

Carefully cut out the inside of the biscuit with a knife, leaving the bottom and sides about 1 cm thick.

Beat sour cream with 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla sugar.

Peel bananas and cut into thin slices.

Leave a little sour cream for greasing the bottom and top layer of bananas. Mix the rest of the cream with the insides of the biscuit taken out, crumbling them.

Lubricate the bottom of the biscuit and the sides with sour cream.
