We take:

500 g chicken fillet
200 g rice
200 g mixed vegetables

For a side dish, I will have basmati rice with wild rice and steamed vegetables.
Let it simmer while I start cooking the chicken. I put the bag of rice in the slow cooker.

With the second tier in the slow cooker, I put a bowl for steaming and put the vegetable mixture there - carrots, zucchini, asparagus beans, olives, bell peppers.

I beat the chicken fillet to a thickness of about two centimeters. Do not salt or add seasonings.

We lay the beaten chicken on one side of the sheet and cover with the second side.

All the spices that are on the sheets for frying, the chicken chop will take for itself.

So, we heat the pan without adding oil and lay sheets with chicken on a dry hot surface. Make a medium heat and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.

I expected that the finished chicken would be pale, but it turned out to be very beautiful, orange, with a crust.

Unlike if I fried without sheets, the chop turned out to be VERY juicy. Spices gave it a very unusual, rich taste.

It remains to get the rice and mix with vegetables, which during this time have been steamed in the same multicooker with it.
