1 small onion
3 garlic cloves

This classic Thai dish is created with contrasts. It surprisingly combines hot peppers with juicy pineapple and shrimp, crispy nuts with tender rice, it is very colorful, with an amazing spicy aroma and taste.
1. Rinse the rice in several waters and cook until tender, rinse lightly with cold water.
2. Cut the pineapple vertically in half, cut out the core and cut it into small cubes. Cut off a little from the bottom half to make the pineapple more stable.
3. Finely chop the onion and garlic, deseed the chili and bell pepper and cut into thin strips.
